Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record and the seller of the subscription to you. Their buyer terms apply to the payment itself. Your card details are handled by Paddle and are never seen by Axis Data Labs SL.
Reading this site sets no cookies. Analytics is cookieless and aggregate. Cookies are set only when you press Subscribe, at which point Paddle's checkout loads and sets what it needs to take a payment. Those are Paddle's cookies, governed by their own terms, and they are strictly necessary to complete a purchase you have chosen to start.
A software subscription giving access to a personal finance planning tool for people who own the company they work for. It aggregates values of assets you already hold, keeps a daily history of them, and calculates what value held inside your company is worth to you personally after tax, and what revenue is required to reach a savings target.
The service is read-only with respect to your assets. It does not:
The service is a calculator and a record. Every tax rate, extraction rate and return assumption is a figure you enter, and the tool marks them as unverified until you confirm them. Outputs are arithmetic applied to your own inputs and assumptions, and nothing more.
Axis Data Labs SL is not a financial adviser, tax adviser, or regulated financial institution, and provides no personalised recommendation. Decisions you take about your money remain yours, and you should take professional advice before acting on anything the tool shows you.
The service is offered as early access. Features are incomplete and will change, and availability is not guaranteed. This is stated on the purchase page as well as here, because it is the sort of thing that should not be buried.

You keep ownership of everything you enter. You can export all of it at any time in a portable format, and you can require its deletion. What is held and why is described in the privacy section.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. The tool cannot know whether a figure you typed is right, and it does not pretend to.
One subscription is for one person and their own finances. Do not resell, share or redistribute access, attempt to access another user's data, or use the service to break the law.
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Axis Data Labs SL is not liable for financial losses arising from decisions taken using it, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under Spanish law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment or for a breach of section 9, and if we discontinue the service we will give notice and refund the unused part of your term.
Spanish law governs these terms, and the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
